Why Is My Skin So Itchy and Red?

Rashes can be caused by a variety of factors, including:
Allergies: Exposure to allergens like foods, certain plants (e.g., poison ivy), or medications.

Heat: Sweat trapped in the skin can make the skin red and irritating.

Infections: Bacterial, viral, or fungal infections.
Health Conditions: Conditions like eczema and psoriasis, can cause chronic rashes.

Skin Irritants: Harsh soaps, chemicals, or fabrics can irritate the skin.
