Vomiting Home Remedies

Calm the Quease with Ease.

Why Do We Vomit?

Vomiting is your body’s built-in safety response, triggered when it senses something harmful, like spoiled food, infections, or motion sickness.

While it's a way to protect you, it can leave you feeling drained and uncomfortable. Knowing the cause can help you treat it quickly and feel better, naturally.

Home Remedies for Vomiting Relief

  • Lemon: A go-to for motion sickness. Sucking on a lemon slice or adding lemon to water can reduce nausea and settle your stomach.

  • Herbal Tea: Chamomile is a favorite, but you can try peppermint, ginger, or fennel tea for soothing relief. Brew your own or buy ready-made.

  • Fresh Air : One of the simplest remedies. Step outside for a short walk or sit in a calm outdoor space. Breathe deeply and let your body relax.

  • Ice Cube: Suck on an ice cube to cool nausea, especially from motion sickness or heat. It hydrates gently while soothing your stomach.

  • Cucumber: Refreshing and light, eat it fresh to ease that queasy feeling.

  • Ginger: A classic fix. Fresh or in tea, ginger is great for nausea relief.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix a teaspoon with warm water and sip slowly. It may help balance stomach acids and reduce nausea.
