How to use home remedies to treat Headaches?

  • Apple cider vinegar: Mix apple cider vinegar in a glass of cold water and drink to help relieve headache symptoms.

  • Warm cloth: Place a warm, wet cloth on your forehead and rest for relief.

  • Cinnamon paste: Mix cinnamon with water to form a paste, apply it to your forehead, lie down, rest, and wash off after 30 minutes.

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and prevent headaches.

  • Grape juice: Drink grape juice to help soothe headache pain.

  • Rosemary oil: Drop rosemary oil on your chest and breathe to help reduce headache symptoms.

  • Warm coffee: If you're a coffee drinker, a warm cup of coffee can relieve headache. Avoid drinking it too late to prevent sleep disruption.

  • Ice in a towel: Wrap ice in a towel and apply it to your head while lying down to help relief pain.

  • Potato: Place a slice of potato on your forehead for 15-20 minutes while resting to ease the headache.

  • Cucumber: Use cucumber peel on your forehead, lie down, and rest for 20 minutes for a cooling effect.

  • Peppermint tea: Drink a warm cup of peppermint tea to relieve tension and soothe headache symptoms.

  • Warm bath: Soak in a warm bath. The relaxation can ease tension and relieve stress which can help headache pain.
