Home Remedies for Dizziness

Stay Balanced, Naturally!

Why am I dizzy?

Dizziness can be caused by a variety of factors, ranging from simple issues like dehydration or low blood sugar to more complex conditions like inner ear problems or low blood pressure. It can also occur due to sudden changes in position, anxiety, or even an infection.

In some cases, dizziness may be a symptom of an underlying health condition, such as migraines. If dizziness persists or is accompanied by other symptoms that concern you, it’s important to consult a doctor to identify the cause and receive appropriate treatment.
